We provide free worldwide Standard Shipping for all orders over $79. If your order total is less than $79, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

If Express Shipping is available for your order, you can select this option and pay the corresponding fee at checkout.

For regular or ready-made products, you can contact us to modify your order (such as the address, size, color, or style, etc.) within 6 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. After 6 hours, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made, as the order may already be in processing or shipping.

For customized products, once you complete the payment and receive the order confirmation email, no changes can be made. Therefore, please double-check your order details carefully before placing an order.

For regular or ready-made products, you can contact us to cancel your order within 6 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. If it has been more than 6 hours, the order may already be processed, and you might need to receive the product first.

If you no longer want the product after receiving it, as long as the item remains unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, you can contact us within 45 days for a return. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

However, for customized products, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check all details before confirming customized items.

Depending on the product, we typically require 1 to 3 business days to process your order before shipping. During holidays, this timeframe may be slightly extended. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

You can also preview your changes in real time and save your final design by adding it to your cart. Take your time to select the design you’re most satisfied with before placing your order.

However, please note that once your order is submitted and payment is made, the design cannot be modified, and the order cannot be canceled. Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check your design and order details before proceeding with payment.

Yes, while designing your customized product, a real-time preview will be generated, allowing you to view your design at any time. Additionally, if you add your designed product to the cart, you can view the completed design in the cart as well.
Please note that the preview is only available on the product page and in your cart. At checkout, the default product style will be displayed, so please double-check your design before proceeding to payment.
