Track Your Order

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days before shipping (may take longer during holidays). Delivery times are: US & EU (Standard: 3–8 business days, Express: 2–5 business days), Worldwide (Standard: 8–21 business days).

If the tracking information hasn’t been updated for more than 7 days, it could be due to factors like major holidays, strikes, or extreme weather affecting shipping times. You can contact the carrier directly for more details or reach out to us for assistance.

Your order may experience delays due to factors like customs, weather, or logistics. We’ll notify you via email if a delay occurs. For orders shipped to the US and EU, they are considered lost after 21 business days; for other regions, the timeframe is 35 business days. If confirmed as lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
